kitchen style, function and flow

I like to say that I have more of a Jacque Pepin style kitchen, and by that I mean his well used, every day functional kitchen where we have watched him coming to us through the pandemic, not the studio set of his earlier episodes. We have decided this winter to try a new recipe each day off, starting this week with pumpkin chile, spring roll salad bowls, and quiche lorraine.
