20 Something Parenting

Parenting can be tough. More so as the child becomes an adult.

The twenties seem to be a dance between independence and dependence. I always seem to be out of step, at times stepping on toes and not realizing the music changed from a slow dance to a tango.

And, of course, the child never seems to realize that you are a separate person with your own ups and downs, ever demanding of your time and resources.
