life balance and ice cream

I had a gosh darn real vacation day today. The kind where you eat ice cream for lunch and watch movies in the middle of the day while scarfing popcorn and drinking a glass of wine.

It has been a long time coming but I do think that I am coming out of the fog of the past four years and finding some balance. Well, I may not have actually found it yet, but I have a general idea about where it might be.
