Pandemic Coping Skills for the Type A

I am trying to figure out why they package 50 graduation announcements with 100 name cards and 60 return address labels and 100 envelop seals. Why would I not order say 50 of each? (or smallest box quantity) What am I missing here? The Josten catalog is perhaps the worst designed catalog that I have ever seen. I do not want a "free" t-shirt and 27 other keepsakes, I just want the cap/gown/tassel and announcements. smh
